You may have received one as a gift from a loved one, through a charity promotion, or through a radio auction.
Here is an explanation about using your Gift Certificates through the Ladybug Wellness booking system:
Unless otherwise stated on your gift certificate, all Ladybug Wellness gift certificates are able to be used for any equal value service.

To Redeem Gift Certificates:
Book in your preferred appointment type service as usual, then just leave the payment area alone (ignore this field), and add a note that you have a gift certificate.
There is a field to record your Gift Certificate reference number which is helpful and how I align my records.
I will add the appropriate coupon and payment codes from my end.
It is also helpful to let me know where you received the GC from if you do not have a GC code. Vista is very good at supplying a list for our records, so I will have those on file here. Thank you.

These radio website auctions are purchase incentive promotions to assist small businesses in securing radio advertising dollars.
Purchases must be made through the respective promotional websites when they go live.
Please read their rules and limitations. You will receive a purchase code which can then be used to book your services through the Ladybug Wellness booking system. Please list code in Gift Certificate area of intake form. I have booking codes I will add from my end.
Vista Half Priced Deals is a 24 hour only promotion. When the site goes live, you are able to purchase gift certificates for half of the value of the service.
For the advertising business, Vista sells gift certificates for half the value, but provides the 100% of the value in advertising dollars for digital banners and radio commercials.

Vista Half Priced Deals: When the deals are this good, get in early, or get in line!!
In order to prevent the issues that the website faced previously, new measures have been put in place:
1) There will be a 200 person cap for shoppers on MHPD, after the limit is reached, people will be placed in the ‘waiting room’.
2) Shoppers have a 5 minute time limit for inactivity, if a shopper remains inactive after the limit is reached, they will be booted from the site and put in the waiting room, as long as you are active on the site, the timer will reset.
3) If you are shopping on the site and close the MHPD tab, you will be placed in the waiting room the next time you open the site.
What happens to the purchase amount you have paid on their website? The dollar credits received towards any particular business purchases are then used as advertising credits with the radio station so the business can advertise through a voiced radio ad or a banner on the radio station website. This is a great opportunity for advertising and exposure, so we thank you so much for supporting local businesses and the respective radio stations.
Distance clients: it is my understanding that gift certificates can be purchased from anywhere across Canada and the USA through these websites.
