You’ve heard the term “energy balancing”, but what exactly is it? In my opinion, it is only THE BEST form of self care you can use to empower yourself, to let go of the past, and to maintain inner peace in the midst of our chaotic world.

What should you expect in an energy healing session? Well, honestly, everything and nothing! Confusing, right? What this means is that we do not have any control over the outcome of your session, yet energy can shift to create miracles. There is no guarantee anything will visibly shift, yet we know energy always shifts somewhere, somehow. Even more confusing, I know.

Any kind of upset or trauma can create a trapped energy and unresolved issue. Yes, we can take on others stuff at any point as well. Further to this understanding of energy balancing, we now know that we can carry ancestral trauma. We’re all carrying ancestral crap that isn’t even ours and it just continues from there. The good thing is that when we start clearing deep issues like ancestral stuff or subconscious integration, it is like pulling a log out of a log jam. Pull the right one and the whole log jam unravels and clears.

Some things to consider:

We have several energy bodies: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual are the ones we work with most often, but we are always learning more scientifically and spiritually.
Traditional medicine works with the physical body. If you break a bone or sprain a muscle, a doctor is the best solution to set the bone or to repair ligaments so muscles can heal properly.
Psychology focuses on the mental mind where an expert gives a diagnosis based on observation of human behavior and a list of traits.
Energy balancing focuses on the electrical system of the energy body, the nuances of the spiritual body, and goes into deep cellular energy clearing as well.

When you have a psychologist or medical doctor diagnosis, you will often be under their care to resolve those issues. In energy healing, we work with symptoms not diagnoses, and in doing so we can get to the root imbalance and the original cause of issues. So, energy healing is not a replacement for traditional and psychological care, but it can greatly enhance every other method of resolution out there.

For example, you may have symptoms such as sleep issues, aches and pains, recurring nightmares and thoughts, or anxiety and stress in various situations. Each of these imbalances can be addressed and often fully resolved with energy healing.

You are an electrical being. Your entire nervous system — an electromagnetic web interweaving every major organ — is interlaced with every other system of your marvelous body.

Our bodies have several systems. Digestive, lymph, respiratory, etc. Behind all of these systems is the most important system, the energetic electrical system, which runs all of your nerve impulses and your heart. All of your heart and brain messages filter through this system. Think of your body communication in Morse code. The impulses that take messages to the heart and brain should be in a form of chaotic rhythm, just like a series of dots and dashes. You are an electrical being. Your entire nervous system — an electromagnetic web interweaving every major organ — is interlaced with every other system of your incredibly designed body. You can cultivate and repair this exquisite web of energy using holistic energy practices.

When we have stress, upsets, and various forms of trauma, there are disturbances created in the body’s electrical system that disrupt the natural flow of energy and, in a sense, cause misinterpretations in the coherent body messages. Over time, these built-up disturbances and imbalances can wreak havoc on our physical and mental health.

You have a keen ability to tap into this potent inner resource at any time — to relieve ailments and illnesses, to increase vitality, balance emotions, and prevent disease.

Understanding this very simplified explanation of our energy system, we can now understand that energy balancing is a technique that quiets and smooths out these disturbances so the body messages can communicate properly. When our energy is balanced and can flow normally, our bodies can heal from a cellular level outward. We disconnect the emotional charge to past upsets to bring lasting inner peace. Energy balancing is based on the understanding that any physical, mental, or behavioral problem has a counterpart in the body’s energies, and can be treated at that level. It provides a holistic approach to healing — by addressing not only your body, mind, and spirit… but by working also with your emotions, past trauma, and even your relationships.

There are many forms of energy balancing techniques in the world today. The basic premise of each “modality”, as we call these techniques, is to balance the positive and negative energies, and to raise our overall energetic vibration to the level of happiness joy, love, peace, enlightenment. Shame and grief have a vibration of 20 to 30, while happiness has a vibration of 500+. Now, you can just imagine how depressing and heavy those energies would be in bringing down the body’s overall vibration.

Energetic maintenance is the best kind of self care! When we heal and balance our energy, everything else in our bodies, and our physical, mental, and spiritual worlds all falls into place.

Energy healing can have some scientific explanations if you are familiar with biology and psychology, but energy work is not logical nor linear. It is more like quantum physics and can be confusing and all over the place, yet makes sense at the same time.

The beauty of energy balancing is that you do not have to be present for energy to work effectively. Sure, it is great to connect by phone or video chat, but if you are “too busy”, many of my clients prefer email sessions so they don’t have to add to their already busy schedule. “Too stressed” is exactly what energy balancing is meant to relieve in bringing calm and inner peace in our chaotic world.

“I’m broke”, I’m too busy right now”, “I don’t have time”, “I don’t understand how this works”, “I’m too stressed out right now”…. What is your excuse?
The paradox here is that when you have these excuses, this is exactly when we need to invest in ourselves and our own self care.

How many trapped emotions can people have? Everyone is unique. On average, Dr Nelson suggests that some people can have one for every day of the year. Some people may have just a few, but as we get older, some people may have several depending on what a person has been through in their lives and how well they dealt with situations/emotions at the time. Some children have many emotions trapped as well. It also depends on what your body is ready to release at any given time.

What is proxy testing, how does it work and who will act as proxy for me? Proxy testing is muscle testing that is done on a proxy – a person who acts in place of another person. Proxy testing works quite a bit like how cellular phones work. Our bodies have a built-in capability to quickly and easily “dial” someone else, and create an energetic connection with them. Once you’re connected, you can get answers about what is going on with this other person’s body, because you’re picking up their energetic signal. Then once you know what needs to be fixed, you can fix it on the proxy person as well, and it corrects the problem on the person who you’re intending to help, no matter how far away they are. Using self-muscle testing, I act as proxy for you with my intention being that I am doing the session for you. I ask the same questions as if you were with me in person or on the phone. Once I get the needed information, I release your Trapped Emotions on myself, on your behalf. When I am done, I disconnect from you, just like hanging up the phone at the end of a chat.

“Doing The Emotion Code is like doing surgery on the energy body. We are literally looking for “malignant” or harmful energies that need to be removed, then we remove them, and the energy body has to heal and reorganize or regain its balance. If you were to do actual surgery to have a tumor removed, you would expect to have at least a few days of downtime afterward. Your surgeon would also likely tell you what to expect during this healing time, and he or she would also advise you to get extra rest in order to allow the body to heal. The advice after a session with The Emotion Code is just about the same! Be aware that if you feel out of sorts, have changes in your sleeping pattern, vivid dreams or emotional ups and downs, this is totally normal! Drink lots of water, eat healthy and get lots of rest, and let your energy body heal itself. You may not notice anything weird or negative, you might just feel great, but it’s better to be aware just in case.”

Fortunately, it seems like these symptoms are only experienced 20% of the time, only lasts a day or two, and the wonderful effects of peace come soon afterwards. Most often people may feel immediately ‘lighter’, happier, less stressed, able to ‘feel’ more, able to sleep more soundly and many other wonderfully freeing effects. I have found as well that some people who are not in a good situation in their lives may particularly feel out of sorts. This is because they now are not so numb to the situation they are in and are able to recognize it. Being able to feel is a good thing because we can then make better decisions for ourselves and have the strength and the wisdom to get out of bad situations and on to better things.
