Every event is customized to meet the unique needs of the organization, community, or group we are serving. The information below provides a starting point for planning and discussion.
Jackie’s Interactive Presentation & Individual Sessions
While many people are familiar with hands-on wellness services such as reflexology, massage, or Reiki, my work focuses on emotional release, nervous system support, energy balancing, and practical tools that help participants better understand the connection between their emotions, stress levels, and overall wellbeing.
I specialize in providing energy balancing, trauma release, and spiritual clearing techniques rooted in years of experience and intuitive care.
One of the unique aspects of my work is helping people understand how stress, trauma, grief, and life experiences can become stored within the body and nervous system.
During a Community Wellness Day event, I can be available for a 15-to-30-minute presentation:
• Introducing energy balancing, trauma release tools, and self-care techniques
• An interactively led Tapping (Thought Field Therapy) demonstration
• Take-home handouts for self-care tools like the Court of Atonement and tapping sequences participants can continue using after the event
Following the presentation, participants may choose to book individual sessions, typically ranging from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the event schedule.
Participants meet with me one-on-one while I intuitively tune into their energy and provide a customized session tailored to their unique needs. These sessions are trauma-informed, fully clothed, and non-invasive, making them accessible for those who are new to this work as well as those seeking additional support.
One participant summed up the experience by telling her coworkers, “You need to have a session with her. She does the trauma stuff, and you don’t have to tell her anything.”
While participants are always welcome to share as much or as little as they wish, many appreciate that the process does not require them to relive painful memories or tell their entire life story. Sessions are designed to help release stress, emotional burdens, energetic blocks, and patterns that may be contributing to overwhelm, burnout, grief, emotional fatigue, or a sense of feeling stuck.
My goal is not to diagnose or fix people. Rather, I provide a supportive space where participants can gain insight, experience emotional relief, and reconnect with their own capacity for healing and resilience.

Our typical community wellness day runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a mix of:
• Group education and wellness presentations
• Group activities such as breathwork or sound healing
• Interactive tapping demonstrations
• Individual sessions with facilitators (approximately 20 minutes each) tailored to their needs.
• Self-care resources and take-home handouts
• Opportunities for participants to ask questions and explore wellness tools
We customize each day to suit the community’s needs and welcome input to co-create a safe, accessible, and healing experience.
What We Need from Organizers
While every event is unique, organizers can help by providing:
• A quiet and comfortable space
• Tables and chairs as needed
• Access to washrooms and water
• A private area for one-on-one sessions when possible
• Participant registration or scheduling support if required
• A designated contact person for event coordination
