I went back and found the original posts of how I found COA and then shared it into my private Emotion Code practitioners’ group. As you can see, it was a little confusing at first, but now COA is pretty much a household name. All these years later, Amy Jo Ellis and Court of Atonement is in 142 countries and translated into 3 languages.

I do find it quite amusing when I go into practitioner forums and someone new excitedly says to me, “Have you heard of Court of Atonement?”.
Me: “Ummmm… ya”. LOL 😛

Hi… So I read over everything. My sister has MS, I have a friend having conflict issues with a couple things/ people which we can’t seem to figure out why… She is awesome nice person. I have a long list of my family.. Kids grandkids extended… My healing list. So…. I have put all them individually and collectively where necessary into courts of atonement.. As well as myself singly and with a couple people of conflict interest. We’ll see what happens now…

If you are getting resistance from people, try looking deeper at the situation, where else can the energy be coming from. Place all grandparents, spouse’s, ex-spouse’s aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews. Known and unknown. Into a COA with them. It can also be friends, and or work associates.

I remember one time, I had a friend do energy releasing regarding a woman at work who was making his life miserable for about 6 months. I kept telling him I could help him and he kept refusing, finally things came to head and with my husbands urging him to try my help, he did a single exercise. It took less than 5 min. The woman was arrested the next morning! He said. “you don’ t think that what we did had anything to do with it?”

YAY!!! I love to see it being used! It really does work, and know it. I have been using it to help clean up the negative energy of the planet. We’ve been hearing how the planet is supposed to go through some major shift and things are supposed to change for a lighter and brighter future. I think the Court of Atonement is part of it. Seems strange to say, but I am being guided to use it wars, government offices… etc. Maybe we won’t see it in our lifetime, but I can read the energy shift, so I know it’s helping.

I am in California until Friday. The only difference in the wording in this booklet is to say the word FULL as part of the “Full Court of Atonement.” I wanted to tag you in the post I responded to , but I couldn’t find it. Gotta share this… Raymon Grace techniques has been discussed many times here and I am on his dowsing group. About 5 weeks ago someone posted a link to her website about “court of atonement”. I can’t find the link there now but since we share all sorts of successes in this group, I’m sharing here. I went to the site and there is an “intention” to read out to put someone into a court of atonement, plus some testimonials. I read thru and decided to buy the $5 download which basically descibes it more, with some more sample intentions. I tried it on my guinea pig family members and healing list. I dont always tell my kids every time I do something but I often find out effects later lol. Well about 5 days later I got a text from my daughter asking if I did something because her first boyfriend from 20 years ago contacted her and apologized for all the horrid things he did back then.
Then a few days later she also had the biggest sale ever in her sales history.
Her hubby has had some alcohol issues and today she told me he hasn’t had a drink in a week. So far that’s all I’ve been told but I have noticed things just seem “better” all around us. yay!! Pardon her profanity excitement here…

Jackie! Thank you so much. These are wonderful. I am on vacation, so I’m not getting to check my email as often as I would like, but these were a joy to go through and I can’t wait to get home to really spend some time with them. Gotta share this..About 5 weeks ago I bought the “court of atonement” booklet. I tried it on my guinea pig family members and healing list. I dont always tell my kids every time I do something but I often find out effects later lol. Well about 5 days later I got a text from my daughter asking if I did something because her first boyfriend from 20 years ago contacted her and apologized for all the horrid things he did back then.
Then a few days later she also had the biggest sale ever in her sales history.
Her hubby has had some alcohol issues and today she told me he hasn’t had a drink in a week. So far that’s all I’ve been told but I have noticed things just seem “better” all around us. yay!! Pardon her profanity excitement here…
I have been playing with this court of atonement concept and trying all sorts of things with it. So far pretty excited with what happened with my daughter and looking forward to more miracles ❤

I wanted to come in here and say thank you to Thyson for allowing us all to advertise what we do on his page. I posted in here a few weeks ago about an 11 page booklet that I wrote about a healing process that solves conflicts in families, called The Court of Atonement.

This was what I posted in my practitioner group. My daughter’s first boyfriend from 20 years ago contacted her to apologize for everything back then. A few days later, her biggest sale (excuse profanity excitement).

I worked with a tiny baby today with Cancer. Cancer is usually going two directions at once, so i was a bit puzzled at what a 17 month old could have a divided focus on. I figured out that they had changed her name the day she was born. It prompted me to “speed dial” or “Encode.” the words Full Court of Atonement to place each person in atonement with their given name, as well as their chosen current name! I think we will see even broader spectrum healing from here on out!!

You do not need to purchase booklets or classes to use the intentions listed here, but purchasing supports Amy Jo’s work and brings a level of understanding.

“The Court of Atonement is a spiritual healing modality. We request the Souls we are working with to meet each other in a sanctuary of healing (The Court of Atonement) so that these souls can discuss their differences beyond the constraints of human emotions. Writing your own FCOAs: Keep it simple. It does not have to be elaborate wording. We are only facilitators. We ask for healing and the soul does the rest.

Everything outside of ourselves that annoys, angers or otherwise triggers us is because of something unhealed within us. Then by Law of Attraction we attract to us exactly what we are in a similar vibration whether high (positive) or low (negative).
In Body Code we can this “broadcast messages”, hidden beliefs that we project out from us. We can also correct some of these projected energies with Court of Atonement:

SPEED CALLS:

A speed call in the Full Court of Atonement process is like using a speed dial on your telephone. You know how you used to push one number, and the phone automatically dialed ten digits. 
Similarly, with a Speed Call, using a short phrase activates pages of intentions Amy Jo has channeled to make it easier for us to clear energy about a particular situation.
Most of the Speed Calls are self-explanatory by their name. They do what the name says. They do what they say they do but with a lot more power behind them.

Clearing our Timelines Year by Year:
October 15 2019: I went on a LONG drive on the weekend. 7 hours there, plus a few hours here and there driving, then 7 hours home. What to do on a long drive by myself? Clear my energy, and do all sorts of FCOAs for myself and everyone else on my family list.

There was a post in the COA forum about clearing our timelines year by year. So this is what I did. Good thing it was a long drive. But I felt like a brand new person by the time I got there lol.

I am all about self empowerment, and this is something you can do for yourself to clear your own energy. You can just read through, then just do these (#2) in your head through the day, or on a long drive like I did.

If you like, you can also add to the end of each line: “I ask to align with Divine Truth/ Jesus Christ/ sobriety/integrity”

1. I _____ (current name) place myself, ___________(current name) into a Full Court of Atonement with myself _______ (legal name at birth) with any pre-conception emotions and energies at the time of my conception, for the purpose of soul recognition. I ask to analyze our timelines for any and all conflicts, all unresolved issues known and unknown, plus any denied aspects of myself, and I request Positive resolutions and to create peace with the past.

2. I _____ (current name) place myself, ___________(current name) into a Full Court of Atonement with myself _______ (legal name (at that age)) from (birth to age 1) for the purpose of soul recognition. I ask to analyze our timelines for any and all conflicts, all unresolved issues known and unknown, plus any denied aspects of myself, and I request Positive resolutions and to create peace with the past.

***Keep going for each age of your life birth to age 1; age 1 to 2; age 2 to 3*** I am 52. Yes I did this 52 times and it took about 5 to 10 minutes to clear each one.

3. I ________ (current name) place myself into a full court of atonement with myself _______ (full list of all names used) across all of my life timelines. I ask for soul recognition, and to analyze these timelines for anything more that has come up, or I may have missed so far of unresolved issues and denied aspects of myself. I ask for Positive Resolutions and to make peace with the past.

4. I place myself ______ (current name) into a full court of atonement to process all energy work with grace and ease.

I place myself, ____________ into a Full Court of Atonement for the purpose of correcting all events in my timeline that I am (ashamed) of for any reason. I ask to correct this energy at its point of creation and to create peace within myself with my past.

From FB group January 26 2020:
Nancy Therio: Jackie N. Rioux has commented a few times that she uses booklet 3 “Making Peace with the Past” before she goes to bed. She asks “which issue needs to be addressed that is associated with this situation/person” that she’s dealing with. (Or something along those lines ) I asked “Which one of these have entangled energy with this issue I’m dealing with?”

I used her idea last night before bed, freaking awesome! She’s also mentioned that at times a word will come up that isn’t on the list, then just use one of the FCOA from the booklet and swap the main issue with the one that came to you. Go over the list again and ask again until you get that you are done for the time being. You could work on one item only, you could work on five different ones, it will be different every time.

This is all done intuitively. Some people will do it with a pendulum while going thru the list of the words from the booklet. Others will just go down the list with their fingers until they stop on one, or it feels different when they go over the word they need to work with etc. Other will use it like an oracle card deck, just ask what you need to work on and open it at the page that you feel drawn to.

I retract all my statements against MEN/ WOMEN and hold only those who are guilty to blame instead of the gender.

Check how strong your resistance was to this person. And how strong is it now? Also how much resistance is coming from this person?

Taking Responsibility and Accountability for my own self empowerment

I place myself _____ into a FCOA for the purpose of taking responsibility and accountability for my own healing journey and my own life path.
I find that sometimes there are people around me that think they “need” someone else to fix them, they refuse to participate / take an active role in their own healing and it is draining to themselves and especially to others. I know then that my own boundaries are lacking when I notice people like this, and I have used this FCOA on myself (because I have been there too before I took responsibility for my own self empowerment), and I have used it on others who seem to be draining me.
it really is about respectable boundaries for each other, but I find this FCOA useful for myself and others in placing energy where it belongs.
This also where I find that the analogy of the caterpillar emerging from the cocoon is useful to understand the difference between “help” (draining) and “empower” (encouraging).

Or for any body part, substitute thyroid:
Amy Jo Ellis I place myself in a Full court of Atonement with myself, ________ and my Thyroid. I apologize to my thyroid for ignoring its many signals that it was unhappy with the way that I was treating myself. Driving myself, forcing myself to do things that I didn’t really want to do. I apologize to myself for my overreacting to situations and causing myself undo stress.
I ask my thyroid to pardon me for my behavior.
I place myself in a Full court of Atonement with my Thyroid. I ask that our timeline be analyzed and correct all conflicts between us. I ask for amenable dissolution of this energy.
I ask to purge my thyroid with divine pure holy love and restore the life force energy of my thyroid. I ask to return the spirit of my thyroid back to its most appropriate position within my body.

My thoughts and experience Re: FCOA certification course:
I have been using this information from the beginning. It just seemed going through the course took it all to a deeper level. I had a bunch of personal things going on at that time too.
Significantly, the first week is about name alignment. When I added in “known and unknown”, considering what my ex-husband may have said or done behind my back (there was lots of that stuff in our divorce and separation), it just threw me for a loop in very deep healing.
Then we had to choose two surgeries to work on in the time jumping exercise. I have memories of the surgeries, and I have memories of other events, but I did not connect those memories previously so that was very eye opening and much healing needed. One was connected to my now passed soul mate so I triggered more of the grieving process too.
Sounds drastic yes, but all much-needed deep healing and well worth it once on the other side of it.
I have a “where did you hear about Ladybug Wellness” question in my client intake.
Previously, I had several referrals of clients from the FCOA “group”. People find out Amy Jo and I are friends, some know I launched her, and they come to me by reference from the group or by Amy Jo mentioning me.
After certification: I am listed on the COA website as a facilitator. Now I get all sorts of clients mentioning FCOA website not group. 
I may be kinda biased with FCOA stuff because it is so second nature to me now, but I do feel I have “upleveled” through 2023. Whether that is just from FCOA certification or everything else combined, I don’t know.
